Ler Shen Voon

Clinical Psychologist [MAHPC(CP)00384 & MSCP CP1-0465]

I work with individuals navigating the quieter struggles of adulthood—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves, even when things seem “okay” on the outside. Many of the people I work with are used to holding things together. They think a lot, feel deeply, and often question themselves more than they show.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across both government and private settings. My experience includes working at Pusat Perkhidmatan Pendidikan Khas under the Ministry of Education Malaysia in Putrajaya, as well as in a private center such as People Psychological Solutions during my training. I am currently practicing in private settings, including MY Psychology and Bright Start Children & Adolescent Psychology.

In therapy, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain perfectly, or have everything figured out. A space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin to understand yourself in a different way.

I believe that change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be better, but from building a more honest and compassionate relationship with yourself.
